At Covenant Technical Staffing we understand the reality that not every staffing firm or headhunter treats candidates like the truly valuable human resource that they are. We believe that a positive relationship with every single candidate we come in contact with is vital to our success in today’s market. To that end we make the following commitment to our candidates:
Integrity in All Things:
This is the foundation of everything we do at Covenant. We promise to be 100% truthful in all our communications with our customers and candidates. It is through excellence and integrity that we hope to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships that will result in successful job searches and career advancement for our candidates.
Providing You Value No Matter What:
The reality is that not every job we recruit for will work out for every candidate. That being said, we promise to be available to help every single candidate we come in contact with. Whether you have questions on market conditions, salary ranges, interview advice, or how to make yourself even more marketable, we have been actively involved in literally 1000’s of placements over more than 10 years. We can help, and we want to add value in every contact we have with you. Feel free to ask!
Candidate Follow-up, Every Single Time:
The most common complaint from candidates regarding staffing agencies is about the “black-hole.” Almost everyone has experienced the “black-hole” in some form. (We have too!) You submit your resume, or sometimes even talk to a recruiter… never to hear from them again. This is the black-hole. Our opinion is that the black-hole is supremely frustrating and downright disrespectful of your time as a candidate. We promise to follow-up with our candidates every single time. Whether we are calling to say we don’t have an update or, we are calling to congratulate you on a job offer, we will get back to you every single time.
We are on a mission to change the standard operations of the staffing industry as a whole to be more respectful of candidate’s time and effort. In short, we commit to treating you the way we would want to be treated. That is our covenant with you.
