Common Sense Pricing:

Traditional staffing agency pricing arrangements do not always make sense for the customer. Typically, companies want the best candidate available at a good market salary rate. How does the typical staffing agency price their service? They charge a percentage fee based on the candidate’s first year salary. This means that with traditional staffing agency pricing there is an incentive for a recruiter to identify talent at higher salary ranges, so they can charge a higher fee. This doesn’t always make sense because it does not align your interests with their interests. There is a better way. In most cases, flat rate pricing will yield a better result for our customers because it aligns our interests with yours.
