Tier 1 (Silver Package) – Higher-level Contingency Search

This tier is best suited for standard priority searches for mid and senior level hires

  • We create a Performance Profile: What do you want your new hire to have accomplished in 12-24 months? In other words, what KPI's define their success to you?

  • We create a formal Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that serves as our key marketing message to attract top-performers, who may not necessarily be on the market

  • Multi-touch outbound recruiting engagement sequences are created and executed (similar to modern-day outbound sales engagement campaigns), using a combination of cold-calls, LinkedIn messages, email outreach, video outreach, and voice messages

  • In-depth interviews with interested candidates to match skills with core competencies determined in the Performance Profile

  • Weekly search progress reports are provided to you detailing exactly who we are speaking to, who's interested / not interested (and why), salary data, and market reputation data

  • Guarantee the candidate's employment for 3 months (we will replace at no-charge)

Your investment: Flat fee agreed upon before search initiation, or 25% first year salary.

Tier 2 (Gold Package) – Premium Engaged Search

This is the single most effective way to target top talent for a team that is looking to scale. Includes everything in contingency search, PLUS:

  • Pre-submittal reference checks are conducted on every candidate presented to you

  • Video interviews are recorded and key performance indicating clips are sent to clients with every candidate submission

  • Consulting provided to help design a thorough interview process in order to “de-risk” new hires, including Competency Interviews (using scorecards derived from the core competencies determined in the Discovery Session), Company DNA Interviews (similar to culture fit), and Test Drives (candidate audition/presentations)

  • Onboarding consulting provided to client and to the candidate, to make sure they are "mentally-onboarded" as effectively as possible

  • We create a “talent map” of target source companies according to industry, geographic and size preferences

  • Guarantee the candidate's employment for 1 full year (we will replace at no charge)

Your investment: Flat fee agreed upon before search initiation, or 25% first year salary - deposit due to start search with remainder due on hire

Deposit (non-management roles): $7,500 (estimate based on level)

Deposit (management roles): $15,000 (estimate based on level)

Tier 3 (Platinum Package) – Full-Service Retained Search

All hands on deck executive level search for missions critical roles. Includes everything in engaged-search PLUS:

Our team operates as an extension of you, completely dedicating a full-time Senior-Level Search Team. Think of us as your talent acquisition special forces who wake up, eat and go to bed thinking about finding the right executive for your team

  • We conduct an on-site visit with you to fully immerse in the culture, and record audio/video designed to lure top performers away from their employers

  • We create a customized marketing campaign (including social media) utilizing client’s own brand assets. Important: We will do this without brand assets on confidential searches.

  • We participate in (or observe) all conference call interviews and onsite final in-person interviews.

Your investment: Flat fee agreed upon before search initiation, or 30% of total first-year earnings

First payment: 1/3 of estimated fee

Progress payment at first interviews: 1/3 of of estimated fee

Final payment at hire: Balance of fee owed
